External Wall Insultation is an excellent way to insulate a property and can be finished with either Monocouche or Silicone render. EWI can be applied to properties without a cavity or solid wall and will keep properties warmer in the winter months and cooler in the summer months. EWI systems can be applied in a number of different thicknesses to create different U values.
